How does the redesign process begin?

Start with a project inquiry. We review the garment, its construction, and the changes you want before discussing the scope and quote.

Can you work with my own fabric or trims?

Yes, customer-supplied materials are reviewed during the assessment, and any supplementary materials are quoted separately when needed.

How long does a redesign project usually take?

Our usual turnaround is 10 to 20 business days after the design is approved, depending on the project and workshop capacity.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept card, bank transfer, and cash on collection.

Do you check the fit when I collect my garment?

Yes, we offer a fit check at collection so the finished piece can be reviewed carefully before you take it home.
